Hip Hop .....Rock, Rock On!

A week into November and we are well into Hip Hop History Month 2012. I hope everyone is in full participation mode as I am and learning more about this beautiful culture of ours. You can hear the passion in my music when I talk about Hip Hop because it's about living it day to day. Check out an oldie but goodie of mine from 2003. Yup, you guessed it right. Yes, I know. "Where is the album at TP?" Trust me this question is being asked by eveyone. Well it's a good thing because that means people are atleast excited about CHAMPION. But today I just wanted to briefly let everyone know about 2 new mobile apps that I am developing and currently shopping to Google and Pandora. Legally I can not talk about the ( * ) app but the one I can mention is the Price2Pay app. I know artists wo are members of ReverbNation, etc. can get an app that way but I wanted to personalize this mobile app for my fans to give them the best Hip Hop experience possible while they are on the go. Rap vs. Hip Hop and rapper vs. MC

So I recently had a conversation with someone about the state of Hip Hop and it occurred to me that in 2012 people still don't know the difference between rap and hip hop. With over 20 years of music under my belt I felt it my duty to put out this official/unofficial list. Feel free to comment.

Minor Delay

So I'm sure by now you all have figured out that CHAMPION will not be dropping this week as originally planned. Honestly, I have not been thrilled with the way the project was going so far so I had to change and re-arrange some things. Also, I am still waiting to hear back from some artists that I featured on this album that I feel can be a great addition to the project. So all I can say for now is it will be out Soon! Meanwhile I hope everyone is enjoying Hip Hop Appreciation Week 2012. Spread the word and keep the culture alive everyone.
